  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 16 Ounces Tomato Sauce — (canned ok)
  • 4 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese — shredded
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano

To start off with the chicken parmesan recipe, first flatten each breast into an oval shape. Put out three bowls and put in the flour next. Beat the eggs lightly. Next, combine the bread crumbs together with the salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Dip each breast into the flour then into the beaten eggs, and into the mixed bread crumbs. Add the tomatoes to the chicken in the baking dish and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until the coating on the chicken is crispy and browned and the juices run clear when the chicken is pierced with the tip of a knife.

  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 4 pieces of boneless chicken breast
  • 4 tablespoon of parmesan (preferably Parmigiano-Reggiano)
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 ounces of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of bird pepper (cayenne pepper)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil (preferably olive oil)
  • 8 slices of Italian white bread (for example ciabatta)
  • pinch of salt and pepper

How to prepare your Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Preheat the oven to 420 F. Put parmesan, flour, paprika and bird pepper in a bowl and mix well. Beat egg in a separate bowl. Wash chicken breasts and dry it with a kitchen towel. Dip the chicken first in egg then in parmesan mixture. Prepare oven tray sprayed with oil. Lay chicken parts on roast and cook for 15 minutes.
